Company Description Beast ‘Em Sports operates Nike sports camps and clinics at multiple locations primarily in New England and along the East Coast, with many sites hosting several Nike Sports Camps at the same time. The organization offers both day and overnight programs designed for campers of all skill levels, welcoming boys and girls ages 8–17 at most locations. Beast ‘Em Sports partners with local recreation departments to deliver summer and school vacation sports camps, providing professional, high-quality programming. The mission is to teach life lessons through sports while ensuring a fun, engaging experience for every camper. Role Description The Nike Softball Camp Director at Beast ‘Em Sports is a contract, on-site role based in North Easton, MA. The Camp Director oversees daily camp operations, including scheduling activities, managing staff, and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment for all campers. Responsibilities include running softball drills and games, providing age-appropriate instruction, and reinforcing positive sportsmanship and teamwork. The role also involves communicating with parents and recreation partners, responding to camper and family inquiries, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The Camp Director is expected to uphold camp policies, supervise risk management procedures, and contribute to a positive, supportive culture aligned with the company’s mission of teaching life lessons through sports. Qualifications Experience in camp leadership or sports camp management, with a strong understanding of camp operations and programming. Excellent communication skills for interacting with campers, families, staff, and partners. Background in youth development and working with children in educational, recreational, or coaching settings. Customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming, responsive, and professional camp environment. Softball coaching or playing experience and ability to design age-appropriate training sessions. Proven ability to lead and supervise staff, manage schedules, and handle on-site logistics.
