Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Location Tampa, FL – Onsite one week per month Employment Type Contract Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant Alldus is hiring on behalf of a leading US organization for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Core Setup, Platform Services, Employee Center, and AI Search. This role supports a secure, high‑visibility engagement and requires an active TS/SCI clearance. Key Responsibilities Lead Core Setup and Platform Services configuration, including instance branding, email setup, LDAP/SSO, and MID Server configuration. Support data loading for users, locations, departments, and groups. Design, configure, and brand Employee Center using standard ServiceNow capabilities. Configure AI Search, curated experiences, menus, dynamic pages, and global headers. Configure notifications, catalog content items, and standard Employee Center features. Develop and modify widgets (low to medium complexity). Provide technical leadership during workshops and agile sprints. Assist with story refinement and deliver hands‑on configuration while sharing best practices with Platform Administrators. Required Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Minimum 2 CIS certifications Active TS/SCI clearance required Eligibility Must hold active TS/SCI clearance and be able to support onsite requirements in Tampa, FL.
