Operations Analyst

  • Responsible for processing tax-harvesting requests received via web portal and email, and/or performing quality control checks to ensure accuracy.
• Responsibilities
  
  
  • Process and/or QC tax-harvesting requests for accuracy and completeness
  • Perform high-volume, detail-oriented data entry with strong accuracy standards
  • Communicate effectively with internal partners to resolve discrepancies or missing information
  • Use tools such as Microsoft Access, Excel, and Zendesk to complete daily work
  • Participate in quality programs/initiatives to support a high level of customer service
  • Support ongoing projects as assigned by managers or team members
  • Complete required documentation for productivity measurement
  • Follow all regulatory and internal procedures

  • Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfort working in multiple systems/tools (Access, Excel, ticketing tools such as Zendesk)
