Regional Sales Manager - Western Region

This role provides leadership responsibility for a team of outside sales representatives across key industrial and distribution markets, with direct impact on regional performance, team development, and execution. This role has direct responsibility for leading, coaching, and developing a team of outside sales representatives while driving growth across a multi-state territory.
