Merchandising Reset Manager

Peak, Inc. is looking for an experienced Merchandising Manager who is open to travelling to and managing beverage resets at various convenient stores in or around the Minneapolis, MN area!

Job Summary:

You would be managing a team of retail merchandisers and general laborers throughout multiple beverage resets at various convenient store locations!

Great opportunity to travel and see new places with overnight travel incorporated into the schedule. Includes 4 weeks of over night travel per schedule.

This position will be responsible for the assigned geographic area, including the development, growth, management, and execution of all merchandising business.

Job Qualifications:

• The manager is required to possess and safely operate an insured personal vehicle suitable and appropriate for the job. (a truck, van, SUV, or car capable of pulling your own trailer with a hitch)
• High school diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred
• Prefer 3 or more years in Beverage (CSD/Beer) industry background. Including resets and merchandising of beverage coolers and center store products. However, we will train the right candidates.
• Prior management and/or recruiting experience desired.
• Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Required to possess a smartphone device capable of submitting payroll and reports.
• Must possess a PC or laptop.
• Must be able to travel frequently as described above within your assigned business unit
• Must be willing to travel
• Must have your own, insured reliable vehicle
• Must have prior management experience
• Must have a valid drivers license and NO felony record
• Must be willing to pass a drug screening and background test

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday (day shift)
• Employee will get opportunity to work remote roughly 4-7 weeks a year during off peak season

Travel Policies:

• You will receive a vehicle allowance on top of your salary
• Travel pay including mileage reimbursement, hotel stays, and $40 daily per diem for overnight travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
