Bashaw Valley Remodeling is a small, owner-led residential remodeling company focused on high-quality, detail-driven work . We specialize in additions, kitchens, and exterior projects where craftsmanship and professionalism matter.
We are not a production or “fast and cheap” contractor. Our work is planned, executed cleanly, and built to last.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Lead Carpenter / Site Lead to work directly with the owner on residential remodeling projects. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, quality, and maintaining a professional jobsite.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality carpentry work (framing, siding, trim, window/door installs, etc.)
- Work alongside the owner on layout, sequencing, and project execution
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
- Identify issues early and communicate clearly
- Represent the company professionally in clients’ homes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential carpentry experience
- Strong understanding of framing, exterior work, and finish carpentry
- Ability to work independently with direction
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
- Reliable, professional, and respectful
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
