Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and primary care physicians, to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans for clients.

  • Provide immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate referrals to additional support services when needed.

  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while documenting patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information.

  • Actively participate in case conferences, peer supervision sessions, and staff training meetings to enhance clinical skills and align with best practices in the field.
