Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, recommending diagnostic tests, and developing personalized care strategies.
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues independently or in partnership with physicians, depending on your credentials.
• Providing essential education to patients and families regarding preventative measures, wellness practices, and disease management.
• Prescribing medications and therapies within your professional scope.
• Engaging in patient follow-up and ongoing chronic care management.

Educational Background

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Successful graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or another relevant specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the willingness to obtain within 90 days)
