RN or RN Skilled Nurse - 11p-7:30a (Westland, MI)

Position Overview We are hiring Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions across specialties such as orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. Nurses assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team using the latest technology. Compensation Base wage: $34.15 per hour. Additional pay includes $3.40 per hour hero / hazard pay and $1.00 per hour shift premium for third (midnight) shifts. Annual wage increases apply. Midnight shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Responsibilities Supervise the nursing team, assign duties, offer training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations. Conduct regular patient and staff rounds to monitor performance and care. Instruct the team on skilled care processes and serve as a resource person for clinical issues. Ensure timely completion of reports such as infection control, pharmacy compliance, and quality management. Promote hospitality and excellent customer service with guests, families, and visitors. Qualifications Current license to practice as RN or LPN. Current CPR/BLS certification. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing. High level of analytical ability to develop personalized care plans and solutions. Excellent customer service skills with commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
