Key Responsibilities
- Systems Mastery: Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Technical Planning: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions to ensure accurate execution.
- Independent Work: Manage job sites and projects with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols.
- Full-Cycle Service: Perform everything from small residential service calls to large-scale commercial maintenance projects.
- Licensing: Active Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of hands-on electrical experience.
- Code Knowledge: Strong and thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Tools: Must own a complete set of personal hand and power tools.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
