Job Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for patients through inbound and outbound phone calls and email communication. Answer patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service while resolving concerns efficiently. Enter and maintain accurate patient information using pharmacy applications and vendor platforms. Collaborate with patients, pharmacies, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to support patient care. Follow up on patient inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution. Protect patient information and maintain compliance with HIPAA, state, federal, and company confidentiality standards. Resolve customer concerns professionally with a focus on first-contact resolution. Maintain productivity and service standards within a contact center environment. Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare teams to ensure a positive customer experience. Accurately document interactions and maintain detailed records of patient communications. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills. Retail, call center, or pharmacy experience preferred. 2+ years of call center experience or customer service experience preferred. Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service. Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners. Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
