Customer Care Specialist - WFH - Great Benefits

Your Impact In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals and families who need assistance understanding their available benefit options. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact, helping clients navigate information, complete necessary steps, and feel confident throughout the process. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Meeting with clients virtually through scheduled appointments Explaining benefit programs and coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way Responding to questions and providing ongoing client support Assisting with digital applications, updates, and documentation Maintaining accurate records and follow-up information Building strong, long-term relationships with clients Participating in coaching, training, and leadership development opportunities Who Succeeds Here We’re looking for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and comfortable working with people in a remote environment.
