Behavior Technician - Work with Kids - Training Provided

Overview We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. Monitor progress and adjust strategies as directed by the BCBA. Create a supportive, patient, and collaborative environment for children and their families. Engage in training and apply learned skills to support each child\'s growth. Qualifications Passionate about helping children with autism.
