Job Description
Creative World Learning Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized Daycare Director to lead our early childhood program. We are looking for a positive, dependable leader who is passionate about providing high-quality care, supporting a dedicated staff, and creating an engaging environment where children thrive.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the childcare center
Ensure full compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations
Recruit, train, and supervise teaching and support staff
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the community
Implement and support developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
Manage enrollment, records, scheduling, and budgeting
Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Qualifications
Applicants must meet one of the following:
Be at least 21 years of age, and
Hold a Graduate or Bachelor degree in a child-related field OR
Have Child Development Associate Degree (CDA) with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a child care center.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
A passion for promoting children’s growth, learning, and well-being
