Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Outdoor Power Equipment Mechanic to join our team in Southern Pines, NC. If you have a knack for diagnosing and repairing a variety of outdoor power equipment, from lawn mowers to chainsaws, we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch service and ensuring our customers' equipment runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair outdoor power equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their equipment issues and provide solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on equipment.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to outdoor power equipment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in small engine repair is a plus.
Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with outdoor power equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
