IT Support Technician

Providing frontline technical support, the full-time Systems Technician will manage client inquiries related to personal computers, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues, working from a client site, office, or remote home office as needed. Key responsibilities: Manage and troubleshoot support tickets efficiently, serving as the first point of contact for client technical assistance Provide exceptional customer service while collaborating with technical team members to resolve client issues Document technical work comprehensively and maintain accurate service ticket records to facilitate ongoing support Required qualifications: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or related IT support roles Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional Certificate, or Microsoft Fundamentals are preferred Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
