Bowl Maker / Soft Serve Artist
YOU — the one who thinks presentation matters, gets excited about a really good piece of fruit, and doesn't mind moving fast when the line's out the door. We might be your people.
What you'd actually be doing:
- Building açaí bowls and soft serve from scratch, to spec, every single order
- Keeping your station clean, stocked, and ready to fly
- Prepping ingredients, restocking throughout the day, and helping close things down at the end of a shift
- Making sure every bowl that goes out looks as good as it tastes
- Jumping in wherever the team needs you — that's just how good crews work
What we're looking for:
- Someone who shows up on time and gives a damn
- A natural team player — ego stays at the door
- Comfort following recipes with precision (we'll teach you ours)
- Good energy, clear communication, and the ability to stay organized when it's busy
- Experience in food service is great, but we'll train the right person — attitude matters more
