Remote Law Firm Operations Director

Paradise Law Group, PC is seeking an Executive Director to lead the operational and administrative functions of the firm. This fully remote position requires a strong focus on building efficient systems and managing multiple aspects of the firm.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in legal administration and be comfortable with a hands-on leadership role, overseeing operations, HR, and compliance.

The salary range for this position is $135,000–$175,000, plus bonuses and extensive employer-paid benefits.
