About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff, Marketing to be the strategic and operational right hand to the CMO. This senior leadership role is pivotal in running the executive office, sharpening strategy, and ensuring the effective execution of tasks. The successful candidate will be a highly analytical individual with a strong background in sales development, reporting, and data storytelling. Responsibilities include serving as the CMO's closest advisor, building and refining board-level materials, and preparing the CMO for high-stakes moments. The role also involves overseeing sales development reporting, and performance, and maintaining a strong partnership with revenue marketing, sales, and RevOps to align the marketing narrative with funnel activities. To excel in this position, candidates must have prior experience as a Chief of Staff or in a functionally equivalent role, with a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, particularly in the context of marketing, sales, or revenue operations. A background in agency, events, or PR is an asset, as is experience in a PE-owned company. The role requires a high level of comfort with data, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, executive-ready narratives. The ideal candidate will have a background in a SaaS or technology company and be prepared for frequent travel. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a rapidly growing marketing organization and to work closely with a CMO who is reshaping the function.
