Board Certified Behavior Analyst 26-27 School Year

What We’re Looking For: Education: Master’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis or equivalent. Licensure: Board Certified Behavior Analyst license granted by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). Language Proficiency: Bilingual skills preferred but not required. Your Role: Communicate Findings: Share assessment results with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaborative and compassionate communication. Develop Interventions: Collaborate with the Individualized Education Program (IEP) team to design evidence‑based interventions that enhance student behavior, performance, and access to education. Provide Supervision: Deliver therapy services directly or oversee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and IEP goals. Monitor Progress: Collect, analyze, and document data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Support Teams: Participate in IEP meetings, parent‑teacher conferences, and school‑wide discussions to advocate for students’ needs and strengthen special education programs.
