Job Overview Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities Fill and dispense online orders. Compensation Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour (minimum wage varies by location). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly incentives. Premiums may apply in specific circumstances (ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour) based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable.
