Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate with over six years of experience to join their team in Santa Ana, CA. The firm provides comprehensive legal services in real estate transactions for a diverse clientele, including public entities, corporate clients, private developers, and non-profit organizations. Duties Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions. Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and development agreements. Advise clients on real estate development and transactional matters, including public-private partnerships. Manage multiple transactions independently while collaborating in a team-oriented environment. Requirements Over six years of relevant experience in real estate law. Admission to the State Bar of California. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in California. Skills Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to manage complex transactions independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits Hybrid work arrangement option.
