Warehouse FabricatorJob Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Fabricator to support warehouse and light fabrication operations. This position is responsible for measuring, cutting materials, assembling components, operating hand and power tools, and preparing products according to specifications. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to established safety and quality procedures.

• Measure and cut materials according to work orders and specifications
• Read and interpret measuring tapes, rulers, and calipers
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and according to procedures
• Prepare, assemble, and package products for shipment
• Verify measurements and ensure accuracy throughout the fabrication process
• Perform visual inspections on finished products
• Assist with material movement, receiving, and warehouse activities
• Complete required production and inventory documentation
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow established safety policies, work instructions, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping schedules

• Experience in warehouse, fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, or related environments
• Ability to accurately use measuring tapes and measuring devices
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to work with fractions, decimals, and unit conversions
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to perform tasks requiring attention to detail
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday

• Previous fabrication or material-cutting experience
• Experience using calipers or precision measuring equipment
• Experience reading work orders or production documentation
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Benicia, CA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
