X-Ray Technician

Role Overview Seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to perform diagnostic imaging, including body mechanics and patient movement, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Responsible for operating equipment, developing films, preparing exam rooms, and assisting with Medical Assistant duties. Role Overview Seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to perform diagnostic imaging, including body mechanics and patient movement, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Responsible for operating equipment, developing films, preparing exam rooms, and assisting with Medical Assistant duties. Key Responsibilities Greet and communicate effectively with patients Document vital signs, medical history, and other pertinent information Assist with patient transfers and procedures under provider supervision Ensure patient safety, proper radiation protection, and equipment functionality Perform quality control and ensure compliance with documentation procedures Maintain current licensure and improve diagnostic imaging skills Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent BLS Certification TN State X-Ray License ARRT Certification preferred Medical Assistant experience preferred Key Duties Conduct timely radiology procedures for diagnosis and treatment Assist with patient check-in/out and follow-up calls Support clinical and regulatory procedures Maintain equipment and stay updated on imaging techniques Additional Information Full-time team members work rotating shifts, including weekends Per diem staff scheduled as needed Benefits include competitive salary, health options, retirement plans, paid time off, and discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr The VIOS Clinic
