Responsibilities:

• Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties
• Must be willing to cover weekends if needed as back-up
• Help recruiting and candidate interviews
• Client and caregiver documentation in scheduling software
• Responds to questions regarding client and caregiver needs
• Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients
• Maintain computer schedules
• Office duties
• Maintain confidentiality of all information

Requirements:

• Experience – Home care and Scheduling experience preferred but not required
• Skills – Leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer satisfaction skills, and organizational skills
• Characteristics – Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a close team environment
