Job Title: Industrial Engineer
Job Location: Dayton, OH Metro Area
Pay Scale: $75,000 - $87,000
Travel: up to 40%
Schedule : Hybrid, 3 days onsite & 2 days remote

Responsibilities:

Calculate standard labor hours and labor balances for programs, focused on labor and resources needed to complete customer jobs.
Lead manufacturing system design processes with the lead manufacturing team, creating SOPs, instructions, and guidelines for manufacturing processes.
Create major project deliverables and communicate these to production and engineering teams.
Design processes, packaging, and cell layouts to meet customer job requirements, working within 3D software/AutoCAD.
Lead workshops to evaluate testing, durability, and product functionality.
Complete basic air proofing on manufactured items.
Assist with building assembly stations for final product adjustments or additions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is required | Engineering is strongly preferred but if the right experience
0-3 years of engineering (industrial, manufacturing, process, etc.) experience - will take a new grad with internship experience but would prefer someone with at least 6 months of experience in an engineering position.
Experience with AutoCAD or a 3D design software.
Experience with product launch processes
