Schedule : Hybrid, 3 days onsite & 2 days remote Responsibilities:
- Calculate standard labor hours and labor balances for programs, focused on labor and resources needed to complete customer jobs.
- Lead manufacturing system design processes with the lead manufacturing team, creating SOPs, instructions, and guidelines for manufacturing processes.
- Create major project deliverables and communicate these to production and engineering teams.
- Design processes, packaging, and cell layouts to meet customer job requirements, working within 3D software/AutoCAD.
- Lead workshops to evaluate testing, durability, and product functionality.
- Complete basic air proofing on manufactured items.
- Assist with building assembly stations for final product adjustments or additions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required | Engineering is strongly preferred but if the right experience
- 0-3 years of engineering (industrial, manufacturing, process, etc.) experience - will take a new grad with internship experience but would prefer someone with at least 6 months of experience in an engineering position.
- Experience with AutoCAD or a 3D design software.
- Experience with product launch processes
