Technical Manager - Northeast Territory

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Manager to support and train dealer partners across the U.S. If you’re passionate about technical training, hands‑on installation, and helping others succeed in the stairlift and platform lift space, this role might be for you. What You’ll Do Deliver engaging technical training—both in‑person and virtual—focused on stairlift and platform lift installation and maintenance. Support dealer partners on‑site during installations, offering hands‑on coaching and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Provide reliable phone and email support to troubleshoot installation or product issues. Work closely with dealers to promote best practices and elevate the customer experience. What You Bring Experience & Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus. At least 2 years of hands‑on experience installing and servicing stairlifts (required). Prior experience in technical training—especially in the elevator or mobility space is a plus. Skills: Clear, confident communication and presentation skills. Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities. A passion for teaching and helping others succeed. Self‑driven, organized, and able to manage your time independently. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
