What You'll Do

Develop new business within an assigned territory

Prospect through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships

Build relationships with property managers and other key decision-makers

Conduct site visits and identify customer flooring needs

Present solutions, develop proposals, and close business

Grow existing accounts and recurring revenue

Manage your pipeline and partner with internal teams to deliver strong customer experience

What We're Looking For

Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable prospecting for new business

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Organized and able to independently manage a territory and pipeline

Sales, business development, account management, construction, property management, building materials, or related experience preferred

High-potential early-career candidates are encouraged to apply

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the territory
