Salary: $65,000 - 102,000 per year Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with deep platform knowledge and implementation expertise
- Proficiency in RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced) and ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management)
- Strong business analysis skills, including comprehensive fit-gap analysis of requirements against platform capabilities
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and user stories
- Experience producing accurate effort estimates and assessing risks for enterprise Salesforce projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse audiences
- Track record of defining business outcomes and success metrics for technology implementations
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and strategic recommendations to technical and business stakeholders
- Lead functional and technical delivery for complex Salesforce projects across multiple business domains
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive user stories and well-architected solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities
- Prepare detailed effort estimates and explain the benefits and risks of proposed solutions
- Define measurable business outcomes and success criteria for Salesforce implementations
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, project managers, and delivery teams to design effective solutions
- Advise on ways to improve customer operations through strategic use of Salesforce
