Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Qualifications and Responsibilities Minimum Requirements – X‑Ray Tech Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Radiology/X‑Ray experience Certifications Required: ARRT (R) BLS (AHA) Skills Required: General diagnostic radiography Patient positioning and radiation safety Portable and routine X‑ray procedures Strong anatomy and imaging knowledge Equipment/Systems: Experience with GE and Toshiba imaging equipment Familiarity with Cerner EMR, Radnet, and Merge Unity PACS preferred Schedule: Days, Sat–Mon, 12‑hour shifts 36 guaranteed hours/week Call Requirements: Rotating call schedule 30‑minute response time Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend One major and one minor holiday as assigned Floating: Must be willing to float to affiliated facilities as needed Additional Requirements: Ability to work in a high‑volume radiology department Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills Completion of department‑specific orientation (approximately one week) Active license and certifications required at submission TheraEX Staffing Services Job ID #1113776.
