Dental Assistant (with RDA)

We're currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to support our Castle Dental team Franklin, TN. This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you.


Schedule (days/hours)

Mon, Wed, Thurs & Fri: 8am - 5pm | Tue: 9am - 6pm | One Saturday/month: 8am - 1pm
Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - required
• Dental Radiology (X-Ray) Certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control standards
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Compensation

$21 - $23/hr
