Your Role Will Include:

• Preparing and organizing the operating room for surgical procedures
• Upholding sterile techniques and following rigorous infection control standards
• Assisting surgeons and surgical personnel by providing instruments and supplies
• Managing and preparing surgical equipment before, during, and after surgery
• Ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked and ready for operations
• Working in conjunction with nurses and anesthesiology staff for integrated patient care
• Keeping accurate records and performing surgical counts diligently

Education and Experience Required:

• Graduation from a recognized Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification mandatory

Necessary Certifications:

• Holding a current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential mandatory
• BLS certification (up for renewal within 90 days of employment)
