RAS Program Specialist

The RAS Program Specialist provides education and information on programs and services to end-user pharmacies enrolled in RAS programs. The position coordinates resources, facilitates communication across platforms and business units, and ensures delivery of high-quality support services to meet program objectives. It plays a key role in problem resolution, process improvement, and overall program success.

Key duties include serving as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients for RAS programs, developing subject-matter expertise in the benefits and advantages of RAS programs and communicating them effectively to customers, working closely with other departments and teams to ensure alignment on program benefits, troubleshooting, and resolving issues, identifying and escalating issues or challenges that arise with the support functions of RAS programs, assisting in developing and implementing solutions to resolve problems and prevent recurrence, identifying areas for improvement in current support processes and procedures, maintaining comprehensive records of support activities, including issue logs and service requests, monitoring program adoption and engagement, proactively addressing customer concerns to reinforce program value and retain pharmacies enrolled in RAS programs, developing proficiency in and utilizing the diverse ERP systems in use across the RedSail customer base.

Education/training includes a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and proven experience in a support services role.

Preferred work experience/skills include a pharmacy background strongly preferred, including experience in a retail or independent pharmacy setting or familiarity with pharmacy workflow and terminology, strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency with standard office applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite, and strong problem-solving skills.

Discretionary judgment includes using independent judgment and discretion based upon the employee's experience in the position and knowledge of the products, equipment, and services, and using sound judgment and maintaining ethical work values.

Physical demands, working conditions, and general employment guidelines include the position may involve moderate to high levels of stress, position is performed in a general office environment, home office, or approved remote workspace. Physical work includes, but is not limited to, sitting, standing, reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Equipment includes daily use of Microsoft Teams (phone), a computer, a printer, and other routine office equipment. Must have reliable internet access.

Safety to self and others includes minimal responsibility for the safety of others; the job is performed in an office setting with no hazardous materials or equipment.

Working conditions/hazards include position is performed in an open office environment or an approved remote work location.

Work location includes hybrid at a RedSail office in Spartanburg, SC, Irving, TX, Shreveport, LA, Oak Brook, IL, Cranberry Township, PA, Long Island, NY.

Compensation & total rewards include the anticipated base salary range for this position is $50,000-$80,000 annually. This position is also eligible to participate in RedSail's annual incentive bonus program, with a target opportunity of 4% of base salary. Actual bonus payout is based on company performance and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
