Each team member's dedication is essential to meeting and exceeding the needs of our patients and families.What You Will DoEnsure safe, appropriate, cost-effective drug therapies for patients according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.Interpret drug orders (verbal and written) and transcribe to computerized patient medication profiles accurately.Assist with pharmacokinetics consult service and drug dosing per hospital protocol.Maintain accurate, complete pharmacy patient medication profiles.Complete all assigned medication storage area inspections in a timely manner.Supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel as assigned by the Director of Pharmacy.Build and nurture relationships with physicians and nursing.What You Will NeedLicensed to practice pharmacy in the State of New Mexico.One year of experience as a registered pharmacist preferred.Retail 340B experience preferred.APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery certification preferred or willing to become certified.Company Description:Founded in 1998 as a service-driven organization with a strong sense of community, CompleteRx embarked on a strategy to become the employer of choice in hospital pharmacy management and consulting.
