POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our innovative team. This position is full-time. Travel will be required in the regional area of Eau Claire, WI.

The Heavy Equipment Mechanic position involves maintenance of company equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Analyze malfunctions and repairs
• Repair, and maintain fleet of concrete mixer trucks and plant equipment

BENEFITS

Starting wage $28-40/hour +overtime depending on experience. Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license, CDL preferred
• Experience in all phases of heavy construction equipment repair preferred
• Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and walk for long durations
• Able to communicate effectively
• Ability to listen and take direction
• Willingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees
