Heavy Civil Construction Pipe Layer Job Details Lay pipe for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains. Position requires installing underground ductile iron pipe and be able to work in a trench box. Perform any combination of the following tasks: grade trenches or culverts, position pipe, or seal joints. Position may require frequent lifting of up to 70 lbs unassisted and up to 200 lbs assisted; working in extreme temperatures; and standing, stooping, and bending for long periods of time. Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment. EOE/Vets/Disabilities. Experience 2 years Heavy Construction Pipe Layer experience preferred.
