Job Overview Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – An entry‑level role focused on building client relationships, obtaining necessary securities licenses, and delivering comprehensive financial advice within Bank of America’s client‑centered approach. Key Responsibilities Complete mandatory training and earn Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7, and Series66 licenses within required timeframes. Register with the SAFE Act and maintain required background checks. Develop and manage client portfolios, providing tailored financial solutions and guidance. Deliver confidence‑building client reviews and presentations. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet client needs. Build a professional network by engaging with banking customers, small business owners, and higher‑net‑worth clients. Apply consultative techniques to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Required Qualifications Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain industry licenses. Self‑discipline in time and capacity management. Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Results‑driven mindset with focus on client interest in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Desired Qualifications Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification. Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum one year of financial services or sales experience. Skills in client experience, branding, advisory, investment management, pipeline management, referral management, and portfolio management. Business acumen, executive presence, oral communication, risk management, and trading knowledge.
