Crowne Health Care is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses ( LPNs ) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team specializing in geriatric care. Qualifications
• Current Alabama LPN License or Temporary PN License
• Must successfully pass background check and drug screening
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform resident assessments and document care electronically
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to physicians and responsible parties
• Order medications and coordinate with pharmacy services
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Provide wound care and other nursing treatments
• Collect and process lab specimens
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
