Candidates must have BCBA recruitment experience and located in either EST or CST time zones. If you’re passionate about recruiting clinical talent, especially BCBAs, and thrive in a mission-driven, collaborative environment—this is the role for you.

What You Bring:

• Location: Remote position for candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years of BCBA recruitment experience is required.
• Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to source candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting.
• Creativity: You’re an out-of-the-box thinker who thrives on discovering and implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
• Relationship Building: You’re able to cultivate strong, lasting relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience from start to finish.
• Tech Savvy: Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), digital platforms, and social media. Proficient with MS Office.
• Team Player: A strong collaborator who thrives in both remote and on-site environments while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
• Proactive & Positive: You’re driven, assertive, and passionate about learning and evolving your recruitment methods.
• Communication Skills: Comfortable engaging with candidates via written and verbal communication, ensuring professionalism and clarity at every stage of the process.
