Cicis Shift Leader

Cicis Pizza is seeking Shift Leaders to manage overall restaurant operations, including product quality, guest service, and staff management. Responsibilities Demonstrate exemplary operations skills, ensuring every product meets Cicis standards and reflects guest orders. Respond promptly to guest concerns, gather and share feedback, and use it to improve operations and build brand loyalty. Communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members using the Cicis Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook. Supervise the restaurant team, maintain adequate shift staffing based on projected sales, properly train staff to exceed guest expectations, enforce compliance with uniform and appearance standards, and coach for improved performance. Create a quality‑focused, team‑oriented atmosphere that is energetic and fun. Contribute to sales goals by providing friendly guest service and building sales through product training and execution. Contribute to profit goals by effectively using the POS and other systems, executing cash‑management duties, and assisting in inventory management to minimize waste and loss. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant, ensuring compliance with all safety and security standards. Qualifications 18 years of age or older. Reliable transportation. Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and emergencies. Ability to perform all restaurant duties independently and lead a shift with no supervision. Bilingual proficiency in desired markets. Comfortable with phones and computers. Non‑exempt, hourly employee. Employment contingent upon a satisfactory background check.
