Job Description Summary

A recognized leader in breast imaging for more than 50 years , Jefferson Einstein has been at the forefront of advanced mammography helping pioneer Digital Breast Tomosynthesis , becoming one of the first institutions nationwide to fully transition to 100% digital breast imaging , and introducing Molecular Breast Imaging (MBI) to the region using the lowest radiation dose available .

We are seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Imaging Radiologist to join a collaborative, high-performing team of radiologists within an accredited Breast Imaging Center of Excellence .

The Position

• No nights or call responsibilities
• Comprehensive breast imaging practice including:
• Digital Breast Tomosynthesis
• Breast Ultrasound
• Breast MRI
• Image-guided biopsies and procedures
• Annual volumes:
• 27,000 screening mammograms
• 16,000 diagnostic mammograms
• 2,200 biopsies/procedures
• Technology & systems:
• Hologic mammography equipment with SmartCurve technology
• Philips ultrasound
• DynaCAD for breast MRI
• Web-based PACS with digital tomosynthesis

• System-wide implementation of Sectra PACS planned for 2026, further enhancing workflow efficiency, image quality, and enterprise-wide collaboration

• Practice setting:
• Coverage across 2 hospitals and 3 outpatient imaging centers
• NAPBC-accredited program
• Academic involvement:
• Teaching opportunities within a premier radiology residency program (24 residents)
