Position Overview The Store Manager will fully immerse themselves in the Pandora brand, culture, and products, delivering exceptional customer experiences and coaching a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates. Key Responsibilities Develop a strong store culture and brand ambassador talent. Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by creating genuine connections with fans. Build higher commercial results beyond KPIs, setting new records. Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations. Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real‑time feedback and guidance to empower them to hit KPI goals. Engage and foster lasting connections beyond transactions. Recruit, retain, and develop exceptional talent, including seasonal and core hiring. Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to resolve performance issues and policy violations. Implement visual merchandising directives and efficient operational processes. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3‑5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance selling environment. Results‑oriented leadership with a passion for care in communication, both written and verbal. Excellent people‑skilling to charm and captivate an audience at all organizational levels. Strong business acumen and analytical thinking that deliver positive results. Talent magnet: skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing teams; succession planning and internal mobility. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems. Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays). Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $62,000.00 – $78,000.00, commensurate with experience. Base salary plus bonus opportunities. 401(K) retirement plan.
