Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and high customer volume efficiently
• Lead, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent service delivery
• Coordinate scheduling to optimize workforce coverage
• Oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain stock levels
• Support execution of promotional and special events
• Maintain strong team leadership fostering a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
• High School Diploma or equivalent
