Import-Export Coordinator

Carson, Ca Overview A successful consumer products company are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Import Export Coordinator to join their team. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain process, from procurement to distribution. Your expertise in supply chain management will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our organization. Duties Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and distributors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels, order processing and shipment tracking Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms Implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams Stay informed about industry trends and best practices Skills Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in Mandarin Chinese and English Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines If you are a results-oriented professional with a passion for optimizing supply chain operations, we would love to hear from you.
