Warehouse Lead

We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our warehouse in Carrollton, TX as the Lead. As the warehouse lead you will be required to assist the warehouse supervisor in the following areas: all aspects of SAFETY, customer service, order selection, order accuracy, general maintenance of warehouse and equipment and personnel supervision. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operational needs are met and exceed daily performance expectations and to increase the company's overall performance and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Distribute ordersHelp maintain daily operations tempo at a high standard. For example, selectors are clocking in and out at the proper times, selectors are productive during work hours, following up with selectors as the day progressesAssist selectors when they are falling behindEnsure all selectors are complying with company regulatory and safety policiesCheck ordersMaintain and utilize warehouse equipment and perform user level preventative maintenanceCoordinate loadingBe a key holder and lock up for the dayOpen on Sundays for loading and organize Sunday rotation amongst order selectorsQualifications:Regularly required to lift 50lbs or moreRegularly required to stand, stoop, squat, lift and kneelOperate motorized pallet jackOperate standing forkliftAny other duties or tasks that the company requiresPay and Benefits:$20/hourBenefits after 60 daysPaid Time Off after 60 daysEmployer paid Life/AD&D, short term disability insurance, portion of medical premium401(k) company matchMajor holidays off #J-18808-Ljbffr Johnson Bros.
