Clinical Sales Representative

Intuitive Surgical

Clinical Sales Representative position focused on driving adoption and utilization of robotic surgical systems across the Idaho territory. The role involves clinical training, surgeon mentorship, and instrument sales to expand the user base and procedure adoption.

Responsibilities

Partner with Clinical Sales Manager to develop sales strategy and drive system utilization
Mentor surgical teams through training, OR integration, and procedure applications
Develop individualized da Vinci Surgery implementation plans for each surgical team
Support regional sales and marketing events to increase system awareness
Drive instrument and accessory sales while managing administrative tasks

Requirements

Minimum 5 years sales experience with 2+ years in healthcare
Bachelor's degree required
Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed
Knowledge of operating room environment preferred
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively within team environments
