Automation Integration Product Lead

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Technology Product Lead for Automation Integration in Spring House, PA or Beerse, Belgium. The role involves leading R&D technology initiatives that enable laboratory automation, scientific workflow orchestration, and system integration across research operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of automation integration initiatives within the BT product portfolio and coordinate execution across multiple teams
- Partner with scientific, operational, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Design automation solutions aligned with product strategy, architectural principles, and integration standards
- Identify opportunities to standardize integration approaches, improve workflow accessibility, and enhance operational efficiency
- Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, engineers, automation specialists, and architecture teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- Experience in product management, project leadership, solution delivery, or systems integration
- Demonstrated ability leading complex cross-functional technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of scientific workflows, laboratory operations, and automation technologies
- Experience translating business processes into scalable technology solutions
