Augusta Plumbing and Heating is looking for a full-time HVAC Service Technician to join our team in St. Cloud, MN.This is an opportunity to put your HVAC experience to work in a supportive environment where quality service, customer satisfaction, and professional growth are important.Pay & Benefits$30.00–$45.00 per hour, depending on experience.We offer a strong benefits package and additional perks, including:401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, life, and vision insuranceHealth savings accountEmployee discountFlexible schedulePaid time offPaid holidaysRobust incentive programNo on-call, night, or weekend shiftsCompany-provided work truckPower toolsContinuing education opportunities to earn licenses and certificationsThe HVAC Service Technician We're Looking ForWe're looking for an experienced HVAC professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and providing excellent service.Qualifications include:4+ years of HVAC experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseAbility to work in a variety of environments and positions, including standing, walking, sitting, bending, crawling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and climbingAbility to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 poundsRelevant HVAC or industry education is preferred but not required.What You'll DoYour schedule is Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install a variety of HVAC systems. You'll communicate directly with customers, explain your findings, and help them understand their repair or service options.You may also work on boilers and water heaters as needed.
