Selling Demo Representative

As a Selling Demo Representative, you'll sell products through various selling and hospitality events to educate and inform Customers of product features to drive customer engagement and sales. Key responsibilities include customer service and sales, creating an atmosphere of celebration, engaging customers with enthusiasm, sharing product knowledge, samples, and savings/value information, finding opportunities to surprise and delight customers, providing excellent customer service, answering product-related questions, helping customers locate merchandise, reviewing educational materials, ensuring all selling material is printed and displayed to support customer engagement, preparing, staging, executing, and closing events, preparing products for use in demonstrations/samplings, reviewing daily sales reports, understanding success metrics, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and H-E-B food safety regulations/standards and department SOPs, maintaining a professional, clean, healthy, and safe work environment, cleaning up workstation area, assisting other sales partners as needed.

Qualifications and key requirements include being 18+ years old, experience in sales or customer service, experience in product demonstration (preferred), knowledge of sales or product demonstration (preferred), strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer service skills, ability to communicate all product ingredients and recipe components to inform customers with allergy or dietary concerns, ability to read and interpret documents, ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects, ability and willingness to work flexible hours, a passion for customer service and hospitality.
