Long Term Care - RN - Varied Shift Details

Job Title: Home Health

Location: Honokaa, Hawaii

Schedule: 7:00AM - 3:00PM x 5

Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension

Pay Rate: $55 - $60/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Home Health for a temporary assignment in Honokaa, Hawaii. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a Home Health:

• Must possess an active State of Hawaii license prior to start of assignment
• Perform patient assessments and treatments
• Administer medications as required
• Provide notifications to MD/NP regarding pertinent patient information
• Assist with admitting and discharging of patients
• Provide ADL (Activities of Daily Living) assistance
• Perform gastrostomy tube care
• Perform urinary catheter care
• Administer nebulizer treatments
• Provide wound vac care
• Assist with CPAP care
• Perform other assigned duties as needed
• Work varied 8-hour shifts including Days (0730-1530), Evenings (1500-2330), and Nights (2300-0730)
• Work weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Participate in overtime rotation as required
• Arrive the Thursday before the assignment start date to attend an employee health appointment on Friday
